The 16th International Conference on Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management took place in Valencia (Spain) from May 19 to 22, 2019, following successful previous editions celebrated in Brussels (2004 & 2005), Newark (2006), Delft (2007), Washington DC (2008), Gothenburg (2009), Seattle (2010), Lisbon (2011), Vancouver (2012), Baden-Baden (2013), State College (2014), Kristiansand (2015), Rio de Janeiro (2016), Albi (2017) and Rochester (2018).
